It's an easy process! Ask your mechanic to contact our claims department at 888.928.6062 to inform us of the necessary repairs. Your mechanic will be paid by check or credit card over the phone after the repair has been approved.

Can I have my car towed?
Yes, call the emergency roadside assistance number in your service agreement.
How do I use my car rental benefits?
Once it's determined that the fail part is covered, we'll reimburse you under the terms and conditions stated in your service agreement.
